Baking Beauty

I like to think of myself as quite a good cook, and often hold dinner parties testing out my culinary skills on my poor awaiting friends, (none of which have died or become ill... yet)

However the one thing I have really been making a go of is Cupcakes. Even though I don't eat them myself  because of my hatred for butter, but it doesn't stop me from cooking batch upon batch, and thinking of new decorative ideas each time.

Being self-taught I still need lots of practice, so have signed up for a course this Sunday which I am very much looking forward to.

Being fully aware of how quickly trends pass, even if in the food world, I have also been practicing Macaroons... Will upload some photos soon!
